We analyse our search criteria to assess the possibility that our search terms may not find all qualified candidates, and in fact might actually be eliminating viable candidates. The more time is spent on the front-end of a search, the more relevant the results become, which in turn increases the productivity by enabling us to find more and better candidates quickly.
We evaluate the resumes using the SKAW way! We align these factors to the employers’ requirements and specifications by putting a score to each factor that can be compensated. In HR we call them Compensable factors.
We test the candidates for “Best Fit” based on Corporate culture of the employer. We share these results with the employer (Value added report can be provided if required)
Our experts from various domains and at different levels in the organisations, coach and mentor the shortlisted candidates and prepare them for the best outcome. This is the “control point” where our focus group helps us in selecting “Quality” vs “Quantity”.
